Documents required for a UAE visa
- Scanned clear passport copy (front and address page)
- Scanned clear passport-size photo
- Deposit amount as above (refundable once the person exits the country)
- Letter of guarantee form, filled in by the guarantor (the guarantor must be a valid UAE resident)
- Emirates ID copy of the guarantor
- The applicant’s mother’s full name, if it is not stated in the passport
Visitors with no guarantor in the UAE
- Family visitors need not place a deposit — instead they can make the hotel or tour booking with us at our best guaranteed prices.
- A security deposit will be collected. The entire amount is returned to you after your exit from the country, once we receive the scanned passport page showing the UAE exit stamp. This is to ensure no traveller stays on beyond the duration stated in their visa.
Cancellation terms
- After a visa has been issued by Maventa Dubai, should the guarantor request cancellation, they must write an application requesting cancellation of the issued visa, and will be charged AED 200 as a cancellation fee.
- Visa application charges are not refunded in case of cancellation.
Travel insurance
- The cost includes travel insurance for 30 or 90 days (Tune Protect, includes COVID).
